-- Interactive, Flexible and Engaging Applications for Retailers and Consumers Highlighted at CTIA 2012 -- NEW ORLEANS (CTIA Booth #1432) May 8, 2012 – iQmetrix, the leading provider of retail management software for the North American wireless industry, today announced three new retail solutions that bring elements of the online shopping experience into the physical store: XQ Interactive Retail™ AppStream™, XQ Interactive Retail Browse™ for iPad®, and PocketRQ™ Inventory. Online and mobile shopping have changed the way consumers research, compare and purchase products. To stay competitive, retailers must provide an omni-channel experience: offering the information, convenience, and user interface consumers expect from online and mobile channels – all within the store. iQmetrix’s three new solutions provide retailers with tools to engage customers, boost sales and manage inventory, while also creating a unique overall shopping experience. NEWS FACTS: XQ AppStream – a new consumer-facing application of the XQ Interactive Retail SaaS solution that displays a variety of mobile apps on an interactive touchscreen interface. With the increasing number of smartphone applications available, it’s difficult for consumers to choose new apps. With XQ AppStream, consumers can select an app to learn more about it and/or scan a QR code to download the app to their mobile devices while in the store. •    Enables consumers to browse smartphone applications through an interactive interface. With XQ AppStream, retailers can curate apps according to themes and uniquely display them, thus becoming a “trusted advisor” or source of recommendations for consumers. •    Engages consumers in-store by providing them with an entertaining experience and educational product content.•    Attracts consumers into the store and creates customer loyalty by displaying apps, clustered according to areas of interest. Staff picks encourage customers to return to the store to see which apps are most popular. XQ Browse for iPad – a virtual product catalog that offers in-depth information on available devices, rate plans, accessories and feature add-ons via an in-store touchscreen display or handheld tablet. Now available for iPad, XQ Browse gives retailers even more flexibility for empowering customers and staff with on-demand product information. •    Provides retailers with a mobile sales aid and training tool. Staff can carry the iPad with them anywhere in the store to walk consumers through product and feature options. The application also keeps all parties updated on new product releases and specs.•    Offers flexible display options that include hand-held cases, counter displays and free standing kiosks.•    Digitally extends retail shelf space, allowing retailers to digitally display their entire product line and keeping more products in the back. This maximizes floor space and helps decrease inventory loss.•    Provides an in-depth shopping experience by providing consumers with the ability to browse product catalogs, compare products and make an informed purchase decision.•    Creates a unique shopping experience, allowing consumers to drill down through available products and features and build a shopping list, selecting a device, rate plan, features, and accessories. Consumers can either send their shopping list to the point-of-sale for convenient checkout or scan a system-generated QR code to save their shopping list to their smartphone. PocketRQ Inventory – allows retail staff to efficiently perform inventory counts by scanning items in the back of house and checking stock availability while in the front of house. •    Increases sales and speeds up customer service by providing salespeople with the ability to quickly check inventory stock for requested items, increasing customer satisfaction.•    Maintains a constant presence on the sales floor by providing staff with the tools they need to check stock up front. More importantly, it keeps them accessible to customers as they do so.•    Reduces error-prone and time-consuming inventory counts by allowing employees to quickly and accurately count serialized and non-serialized products, eliminating errors and re-counts.•    Provides staff with the power to regularly count inventory, thus reducing losses due to theft and inventory shrinkage. SUPPORTING QUOTE:“ iQmetrix develops solutions that create an omni-channel shopping experience to empower retailers, while providing the consumer with a consistent shopping experience across online, mobile and in-store channels,” said Christopher Krywulak, iQmetrix President and CEO. “These interactive solutions deliver a unique experience to the customer, and provide a flexible, streamlined and efficient workflow for retail staff – ultimately increasing ROI and customer loyalty.” iQmetrix will be signing up Beta users at CTIA in advance of the products’ June 2012 Beta Launch. VANCOUVER, BC -- Dec. 17, 2012 -- iQmetrix teams from its offices in Vancouver, Regina, Winnipeg, and Charlotte, N.C. (Davidson) are volunteering with Habitat for Humanity affiliates in each location for a North American build day this holiday season. As avid community supporters, iQmetrix teams are excited to be on sites in Canada and the U.S. to help hard-working, low-income families achieve their dreams of home ownership. iQmetrix is a leading provider of retail management solutions for the North American wireless industry. iQmetrix is led by an executive team that believes in giving back to the communities in which they live and work by supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity. Having built homes in New Orleans following hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the iQmetrix team decided to volunteer in its respective office locations as a team-building day –- allowing staff to get out of the office and make a difference in the local community. “At iQmetrix, we have a culture that focuses on great experiences both at work and in our communities," said iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak. "Our team is passionate about giving back –- it’s why we partnered with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans following the hurricanes and why we chose to take a day this holiday season to help less fortunate families closer to home.” The company also donated to the Habitat for Humanity affiliates with whom they are volunteering. Chatterspot is a division of TEGA Technologies, a California-based marketing automation software company founded in 2003. The company offers wireless retailers multi-channel targeted marketing services. “Chatterspot’s SMS and email marketing solutions are a great fit for RQ4. Our client base is often looking for better ways to connect with their customers – on the very phones they sell them,” says Christopher Krywulak, iQmetrix’s President and CEO. “Chatterspot helps make that outreach process easier for our clients.” The Chatterspot-RQ4 integration is slated for the upcoming version of RQ4 (v4.13). iQmetrix creates ‘iQ Forest’ to offset carbon footprint

VANCOUVER, BC – April 22, 2013 – Today, in recognition of Earth Day, iQmetrix is pleased to announce the creation of its very own “iQ Forest,” in partnership with the Peace River, Alta.-based company, The Carbon Farmer. The iQ Forest consists of 240 trees, representing one tree for every iQmetrix employee. The iQ Forest occupies nearly 1,400 square metres of new forest. The iQ Forest is also expandable – employees, friends and partner companies can purchase trees to be planted on an ongoing basis. “We’re very excited about our new iQ Forest,” says iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak. “One of our company’s core values is ‘Environment,’ and being able to offset our carbon footprint while restoring a portion of Canada’s beautiful forests was a great fit for iQmetrix. That, and we also get to support an innovative Canadian company in the process. It’s a big win altogether.” The iQ Forest is an initiative led by the “iQ Green Team,” a number of iQmetrix employees that go out of their way to help make the company as environmentally friendly as possible. Last fall, members of the iQ Green Team saw The Carbon Farmer’s pitch on CBC’s Dragon’s Den and thought it would be good way to purchase carbon credits for iQmetrix. Earlier this year, iQmetrix became a Climate Smart-certified company and in doing so, calculated the amount of emissions generated by employee travel and running the Vancouver head office (emission totals for the other offices – in Regina, Winnipeg and Davidson, NC – are still pending). In addition to creating the iQ Forest, iQmetrix purchased 52 tons of carbon credits to offset its known annual CO2 emissions in full. “We plan to continue working with The Carbon Farmer to purchase additional trees and grow our iQ Forest, so that we can offset all of our company’s emissions in the future,” Krywulak adds. VANCOUVER, BC – May 10, 2013 –  iQmetrix is pleased to announce the general availability of its XQ Browse for iPad app via the Apple App store. XQ Browse for iPad is a tablet version of XQ Browse, which typically functions on large mounted touchscreens within a retail store. Key advantages to XQ Browse for iPad are its portable form factor and ease of deployment in-store, as the Browse-equipped iPads can also be mounted on store counters and displays."This is a significant milestone for XQ as tablets play a key role in the in-store experience," says iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak. "Browse for iPad offers our clients a cost effective and flexible means of introducing XQ Interactive Retail technology into their stores." XQ Browse for iPad brings the familiarity of shopping via tablet into the physical store. It offers an attractive self-service option to customers when a store associate is unable to assist them right away. For the retailer, Browse for iPad frees up shelf space, because it easily displays a store's complete inventory. It also assists salespeople in guiding customers through the browsing process -- either on stationary mounted iPads or anywhere in store, carrying the iPad around with them. Tablet solutions are helpful to B2B sales reps as well; they can display the entire product and service lineup while making sales presentations on the go."Browse for iPad engages our customers with information to make better decisions and empowers our staff to speak about the products more confidently," says Dean Leja, VP of Cellular and More, a Michigan-based Verizon Premium Retailer. VANCOUVER, BC - January 14, 2014 – iQmetrix, the leading provider of retail management software for independent North American wireless retailers, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Zebop Wireless Information Inc. Zebop is a Vancouver-based company commonly known as Web Werkz, which specializes in building websites for independent wireless retailers. To date, Web Werkz’s primary offerings include WirelessDealer.ca (custom websites with an online ordering portal) and CompareCellular.com (consumer phone and rate plan comparisons). WirelessDealer.ca has built websites for many of the top wireless retailers across Canada, including Best Buy Canada, Future Shop, WirelessWave, TBooth, and more. CompareCellular.com is one of the most visited sites of its kind in the wireless industry. It provides up to date information on the latest phones, reviews, rate plans and wireless industry news. “We are extremely excited about this acquisition, which will leverage Web Werkz’s demonstrated expertise in e-commerce,” says iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak. “iQmetrix solutions focus on creating great in-store experiences for the retailer, retail staff and the end consumer, and now with Web Werkz, we can extend those experiences to the online channel.” Web Werkz’s e-commerce offerings will complement iQmetrix’s existing in-store and mobile retail solutions to deliver true omnichannel experiences, Krywulak says. “This means no matter where consumers interact with the retailer – online, in-store or via mobile – they will have a seamless and consistent buying experience, and a consistent brand experience.” This acquisition will introduce new benefits to the retailer as well, as iQmetrix will enable retailers to manage content, pricing and inventory information for all channels using a single, centralized product library. Ultimately, iQmetrix will make it easier for retailers to deliver and manage omnichannel experiences. “We are excited at the possibilities iQmetrix has opened up for our company,” says Zebop/Web Werkz President Al Kilburn. “By joining iQmetrix, we are not only able to expand our market reach beyond Canada and into the U.S., we also become a part of an exciting company that shares our values and priorities.” Media Contact: Allan Pulga Manager, Communications iQmetrix Phone: 604.551.9907 Email: AllanP@iQmetrix.com About iQmetrix: At iQmetrix, we are passionate about retail.
